Does anyone had to pay fee when receiving money from Dreamtime ?

Funny that Paypal deducted 3,20 US from 100 $ US on Dreamstime payment and NO FEES when I received payments from IStock, Big Stock and Shutter.

It seems, as per e mail received from Paypall, that some companies used credit card to transfer money and that we have to asume the fees.

I don't know if I understood properly as Dreanstime wrote me and said that they don't have any control on such fees.

I found it a little bit "weird" that we have to pay fees for work dones. $ 3,20 US is more than 6 sales on Dreamtime.

What do you know or think about this matter ?

we get checks from dreamstime, so we don't incurr any fees. maybe you should get checks instead of paypal. as a designer, i know that paypal charges you, so i don't know why you don't get a fee from the others, unless you get a check.

are you converting money between currencies? They do put on a 2.5% fee for changing, so don't know if that could be related? Or the $1 fee for withdrawing less than $150 ?  Otherwise I'm stumped?

Cheers

Thanks a lot for trying to help me on that matter.
I try to find out why I had fees when it is payment from Dreamstime and why I don't have any fees fwhen it is from others as IStock, Shutter, Big Stock.

No, I don't make any currency transfer. This is automatically done by Paypall when you ask for withdraw to your bank account and they don't charge any fees in that case.

I am looking for the best exchange without no fees.  As I had no fees implies regarding IS, SS, BS through Paypall, I though it was the best way.

Elvinstar... I don't know if you have fees on US check. I am in Canada but you ?  Depending the country where you live, when you exchange any US check (excepted currency) a bank will applie fees !  I will inquire to my bank about it.

Thanks for help everybody.
