How come I have to log in twice before the bb will recognize me?

I don't seem to have this problem anywhere else, and the website doesn't want me to log in twice.

When click on the "log in" button and fill out the info it just sends me back to the form, not logged in til I do it a second time.

The same has happened for me the last couple of times I have logged in.
I thought it was me making a mistake, but it would appear not to be just a one off.
