You can now upload up to 15 images at a time. All your iptc data will be preserved. If you need to add keywords you can do that in the View/Edit part of the photographer's area. the multi upload lets you choose between 1 and 15 uploads. Hopefully it's simple and uncluttered. Just choose your files and click on the upload button.

Also, you can now view your own profile. Could you please complete the more comprehensive contact details next time you log on. You can even add a little bio if you want to.

Cheers

I uploaded 15 images and can't find them to edit. They are not in my new uploads.

When you log into your photographer's area there are now 5 options in the list.

View/Edit Photos I have for sale
View My Sales
Add Photos
Edit Profile
Logout

When you click on Add Photos, you now have the option to choose how many uploads you want to uupload.

If it doesn't look like that then try reloading the page with one of the following methods

Hit F5

or

Shift+F5

or

Control+F5

That should reload the page rather than refresh it.

What I meant to say was I found the mulitple upload section ok, but I can't find where the images went so I can categorize them.

Edit:  Apparently, yesterday's batch didn't upload properly.  I uploaded 3 of them today and found them.  I then uploaded 7 more and even though it stated they were ready for editing, they weren't on the list.  Is there still a buggy thing going on?

I haven't tried to upload more than 3 since I had problems but I'll try and see what happens.

Marianne

I just tried to upload 15 files and it failed.

I just uploaded 5 OK however, they were relatively small files and the combined total in MB was just over 6MB.

I tried 3 files that had a comined size of around 15MB and that failed so I think it may have something to do with the combined upload size rather than the total number of images.

Thanks, John .. no rush .. 3 is still multi upload compared to what we had!

Edit:  Ok, 3 seems to work well.

I have noticed that our new submissions are going to the bottom of the list.  Was it always like that?  Personally, I'd rather have the new stuff at the top, especially the pending files, otherwise each time you edit a pending file, it takes you back to the beginning again to your oldest files.   Seeing the newer stuff first helps me keep track of what needs to be uploaded.  Am I making any sense?   huh

Yep perfect sense wink

The pending queue is back to most recent again, that was just a temporary situation while I changed some other files.

I think I have isolated the cause of not being able to upload more than 3. It's a server thing and may take a day or two to sort out.

However, as far as I can see the limit isn't due to file numbers. it's a combination of combined file sizes and time out errors. I'll keep you posted but in the meantime 3 at a time is a safe bet..

And I agree, 3 is better than one... wink

Thanks for the quick turn-around of the list!  For a brief moment, I really thought I was going insane!
