Suggestions from a Photographer

Here are my suggestions to make the site easier from a photographers point of view.
Seperate Approved, Rejected, Pending into different sections, or if you gonna keep them together at least sort the pics according to date uploaded. To keep track of these things when they are all just in one pot is extremely difficult and I'm gonna miss some and accidentally upload duplicates.
Then maye send an email out after photos have been revied to inform of the result.

As I think of these suggestions, I'll post them here...

Actually the sorting system for uploading, approval and rejection needs lots of improvements especially those you highlighted. They will be sorted but not in the very immediate future unfortunately.

I'm in IT myself, so I understand that certain things take preferance over others. As long as we know that it will be improved sometime, and this you confirmed.
So for now I'll lug on and keep uploading.

I've worked around a temporary measure that may be more useful too.

As from now, all non approved images will remain in your uploaded images list but will be clearly labelled as NOT APPROVED and are put into a not approved category. They will remain in the queue for at least 2 weeks after which time they will be deleted.

In addition, all images that have been uploaded without Titles and keywords have also been clearly labelled as AWAITING KEYWORDS. These images will also be deleted after 2 weeks if keywords and titles are not added.

I hope this makes life a little easier for you.

How about the new status, 'Image Reviewed'? If the status is Image Reviewed and the title hasn't been replaced with NOT APPROVED, does that mean it is approved.
