Thanks Jesse

I know about that. It's because all the images were deleted but the sales data should still be there which it is. It was part of some testing I was doing myself to see what would happen if the images were lost and whether that would affect the sales data. In fact the images would have been recoverable too apart from an error on my part wink

If you get a chance, it would be useful if you could upload a few more.

There are a few more things to iron out and it should be ready to install on the main site soon.

Cheers

I know it still needs more work doing but for those that have already tested the site. Can I ask you to go back and read the front page near the bottom of the text in bold? And do a little more testing please.

Comments greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Hi Jesse

yes if you are registering as a new user for the purpose of testing then you will need a new email address. For the purpose of testing you can make one up.

The upgrade from free account to subscription account is now working so please could you try it out for me.

Open a free account, try out the lightbox and then upgrade your account.

Just let the system take you as far as the paypal page. There is no need to complete the purchase.

Also, all existing accounts have been set to monthly with 3 downloads left. Could you use up your downloads and then try to renew your subscription.

Thanks

John

Logged in with a new user name for free account, emailed a lightbox with a pic in it to 2 addresses. Then tried the upgrade - got a page with info for billing, but it only has paypal listed, though down at the bottom it says "we accept paypal, mastercard, visa and something else". I don't have a valid paypal account, so i didn't go any further and logged out.

signed in as a photographer and uploaded 2 photos fine (one was pretty small)

signed in with the user/password you gave me before and downloaded a few photos - actually, I downloaded four, though you said we only have 3 left?

The popup box tells you it will cost a download and asks if you want to continue - then you download the pic. The upper right of the page tells you how many downloads you have left, and on what day your downloads expire - mine says "you have 18 downloads left" and "your downloads expire on April 22"  Will I have to download another 18 photos to try a renewal?

I also tried to download the same image twice, one right after the other. The popup box comes up as usual, but when you click the link to say "yes" to the download, you get a notice saying that you already downloaded that one. I wondered what would happen if someone clicked the same pic twice, maybe by accident.

I like the way the thumbs enlarge when you hold the curser over it - nice.
