I had mistakenly put this question in another forum. Is there a way to see what has been refused/deleted? It seems that the first thing that happens, is the title changes to Not Approved while the status stays as pending. This is confusing, if you are scrolling down, looking at the status line.

Then apparently the photo goes away. If I don't catch it before this, the only way I have of knowing which file was refused, is by process of elimination comparing your list to mine. Currently, I only have about 30 images on site, but this will become unmanageable when I get a decent quantity uploaded. Hopefully, I've missed something.

Hi

Welcome to the site and welcome to the forum.

I know the approval system isn't ideal but at the moment this is how it works.

As you said, the title changes to NOT APPROVED: It should stay there for 24 hours and it is then deleted. I may have deleted one or two a little sooner than that so apologies for that. Things will improve as the site grow but feel free to offer any suggestions that you think could improve matters. I'm always open to good ideas.

Regards

Thanks. It's just difficult to reconcile what's on your site with my list. If I can't find the picture on your site is it because I didn't upload it or because it got rejected. It could save some headaches if there was some way of looking at history.

Also, since you asked  Cheesy , after I upload a batch of photos and am editing, it pops back to the home page after each edit, it would be nice to stay in editing mode until all uploads are finished.

Thanks again

Thanks for the suggestion about the edit page.

As long as your images have keywords and titles etc. embedded in the file as iptc data then don't worry about categorising.

Simply upload and I'll categorise for you which speeds things up from your point of view and doesn't really add any time for me during approval.
